My biggest issue over the past year has been understanding what I truly need to eat to fuel my body. I have discovered through this program that I was WAY off with my daily nutrition and I am finally eating enough of the right things with support and encouragement from the group. My tummy after carrying three kids is finally going down and I am starting to see my abs for the first time in my life. That is something that makes me smile but the true victories are: finally having all the bloating and typical gas I get after eating vanish, discovering I can have even more energy now, and feeling full—true fullness!
