Miranda Michener regarding the Carb Cycling and Intermittent Fasting Program.
I am (or was) what some refer to as a “Cardio Queen” ha. Prior to this program I was running or doing some form of intense cardio 6 days a week and eating what I thought was healthy- limiting carbs, etc. I am 35 and have found that is is much harder now to keep myself in shape and have really been unhappy with where I am physically and mentally. Since starting this program I have realized this is actually something I can adapt to my life FOR GOOD. Every other thing was unrealistic and I would bail after a week or so. I have lot’s of energy and LOVE having the different days to look forward to. I too am eating more than I ever have but am noticing better results!
