I was thought that I could eat whatever I wanted as long as I worked out hard that day and for awhile it work to keep my weight in place but I never got the toning in my stomach I wanted. Since starting this program I finally am starting to see that toning. I also have a lot more energy and seem to wake up earlier and fall asleep better at night. But the best thing this program has done is helped control my anxiety (which was out of control recently) !!
