WHERE WILL THE BOOTCAMP BE HELD?
All bootcamps are held via an online training portal. Workouts and all files are emailed and included in the online community group.
IS PAYPAL MY ONLY PAYMENT OPTION?
Yes, Paypal is the only option at this time.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Absolutely. We offer payment options for most programs and these can be found in our customer guide.
HOW DO I SUBMIT A TESTIMONIAL WITH BEFORE/AFTER PHOTOS?
If you follow our programs, you WILL see results! Please submit your before/after photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. (Note: please do not wear a bra or underwear in your photos, as these cannot be used in your testimonial. Bikinis or sports attire are appropriate).
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LEVEL 1 & LEVEL 2?
Level 1 is focused on fat-loss, an introduction to carb cycling and intermittent fasting, and fat-burning workouts.
Level 2 is focused on muscle gains, more upper-level intermittent fasting strategies, and body building workouts. Clients must go through level 1 to be considered for level 2.
I HAVE FOOD SENSITIVITIES (OR FOLLOW A VEGAN/GLUTEN-FREE/VEGETARIAN LIFESTYLE). WILL THIS PROGRAM WORK FOR ME?
Yes, it will absolutely work for gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarians. We maintain a gluten free and dairy free lifestyle through the program.
I AM A NURSING MOM. WILL THIS PROGRAM WORK FOR ME?
Yes, you can join if you are nursing. We will make modifications on low-carb and fast days.
I AM TRAINING FOR AN UPCOMING RACE. WILL THIS PROGRAM WORK FOR ME?
If you are training to run competitively or qualify for Boston, I would not recommend this program (ie: you are hoping for a PR and working with a running coach). However, if you are training for a fun race, you are more than welcome to join and will see great results!
DO YOU RECOMMEND ANY SUPPLEMENTS?
I do not recommend any supplements. We focus on whole-food nutrition through this program.
