I will educate you regarding how to restructure your metabolic process so your body is a pro-fat burner. I will also teach you how to improve satiety and insulin sensitivity.

 

Through this program, you will be part of an active accountability group. If you are new to counting macros, intermittent fasting, or carb cycling, this program is a perfect place to start learning these upper level strategies. In fact, you are required to go through this program before joining my VIP or follow-up programs.

    Do you need access to a gym to be successful with this program? I have a home gym (dumbbells and barbells, pull up tower) but no machines other than a Concept 2 rower.
