We will be following a 7 day food cycle, shortening our feeding window each day, and increasing the intensity of our workouts. We will also do a 24 hour fast once per week and tighten up our nutrition even more with a focus on macros.
I will provide two intense workout options per week. One for those with gym access and one for those who plan to do their workouts at-home. You will engage in less HIIT, more lifting, and intentional rest-days.
The level two carb cycling and intermittent fasting program will start on Monday, May 23. You will be added to a group to learn the meal plan details, workout routine, and pertinent information the week of May 16.

Here’s how it works:
- Six week training program starting on May 23
- You will be given a grocery list with a list of approved an unapproved foods.
- Clients will be expected to follow a 5 day per week workout plan that includes written workouts and hyperlinked videos.
- Exercises will be advanced.
- Participants will be required to pay in advance and fill out all health forms, waivers, and liability forms before the program begins
- Participants will be required to log their food and do daily checkin’s with me via text or email.
- The level TWO training program will be only $25 per week, payable via cash, check, or PayPal. This is a $30 discount from my typical prices for my return clients.
