As an entrepreneur and business coach, my mission is to uplift, empower, and inspire women to be successful. While I maintain an equal opportunity approach and continue to service a small number of male clients, my niche market is professional and motivated women. Why my shift in focus this year?

I recently heard a statistic that helps verbalize my reasoning and passion to help other women.

“A woman will spend 90 percent of her income on family and community. Conversely, men will only spend an average of 30%-40% of his salary on his family and community. By investing in women, it’s not simply a heart issue, it’s an understanding that leaders will say that if you want to be serious about solving problems in the world, you need to invest in women (Entreleadership podcast, Barret Ward).”

Are you familiar with the show, Shark Tank? Read this article about the companies Shark, Kevin O’Leary, invests in. “All the cash in the last two quarters is coming from companies run by women,” he told Business Insider at a recent event for the startup Honeyfund, in which he is an investor. “I don’t have a single company run by a man right now that’s outperformed the ones run by women.”

In the article, he asked one CEO why she thought the companies led by women were doing better.

“She said to me, ‘You know, if you want to get something done, give it to a busy mom,'” he recalled. “It kind of makes sense, right?” Read more.

If my passion is to solve problems in the world, my focus will be to empower women to generate significant income. This year I’ve had the opportunity to mentor hundreds of women via my fitness business mentorship program, Instagram Academy 30-day-course, and Team INSPIRE. It has been a true joy to watch these women succeed.

I’ve spoken with countless entrepreneurs this year who cannot understand why I am training other women to compete with me in the fitness industry or digital marketing space. I am literally sharing and handing them every single strategy that works well for me in my own business. I am taking the guess-work out for women, and helping them spend time on activities that bring the greatest ROI via sound marketing strategies versus spinning their wheels. Why am I doing this? I truly believe that someone does not need to fail for me to succeed. No other woman needs to lose for me to win. We are all on the same team and this should be a win-win scenario. Unified women GET STUFF DONE. Her success is my success.

My mentorees are not afraid to dream big. In the very first consult, I usually ask the ladies how much they would like to make per month. I LOVE working with women who come back with answers in the 6,000-10,000 per month (or more) range. I am happy to match their pace and give them the essential marketing tools to be successful.

I’ve had the opportunity to ramp up a few successful businesses in my short lifetime. I am extremely thankful for a supportive husband who has a steady job at the Air Force Base. He has always been my biggest cheerleader. For the past several years, I’ve started a new business or shifted focus a few times to accommodate our growing family. Last summer, I decided to focus more on residual income generation versus trading hours for dollars. I let go of some high maintenance clients in my marketing company who were paying me between 2 and 3 thousand per month (each). It was a hard step, but I knew it was best for my family. 9 months later, God has truly blessed my decision and efforts. For the past few weeks, I have been earning more than the hubs at his full-time job, and the number continues to grow rapidly thanks to compound effects and my new residual income streams. The hubs and I are truly blessed, but nothing makes me more fulfilled than to help other women experience  the blessings of earning significant income too.
