I’ve the privilege to review an ActiveMotion Bar and workout DVDs via a partnership campaign with Sweat Pink. I received my ActiveMotion Bar a few weeks ago and immediately popped in one of the DVDs to test it out.
Wow — the workout was far more challenging that I was expecting!!! The bar is only 8 lbs, but after several minutes of the strength training moves, the 8 lbs feels like 80.
