Hi ladies! How is your Friday going? It has been yet another exciting week at the Tress house! Daddy was home for Veteran’s Day, and he has off again today, so we’ve been able to spend a lot of time with the four of us. Today, we even set up the tree! — Too early?!?
I wanted to hop on super fast and share a GREAT recipe that Emma and I have been enjoying.
One of the most difficult things when incorporating a healthy lifestyle is getting your family on board, especially the kiddos! Try this yummy recipe today and see if they don’t love it! I made these over the weekend and my family loved them!
-1/2 cup chocolate protein powder ( I use vegan shakeology)
-1/2 cup oats
-1/2 cup peanut butter
-1/4 cup honey
-Stir, roll into balls
And that’s it! So delicious and took me 10 minutes. No baking necessary!
Yum!
I got 9 generous “balls” out of this recipe. I didn’t use honey I had light agave so I used 3 tbspn. Super yum!
