It’s been an interesting few months for me in regard to workouts! I’ve still been dealing with Piriformis Syndrome, but working to power through and get in some great workouts in spite of the overuse injury.
Recently, I’ve been leading boot camps two times per week where I train the ladies with a mix of PiYo (Yoga and Pilates moves) and HIIT (high intensity interval training). It’s been a TON of fun!!!
Since my lower half has been fairly sore, I’ve been focusing on my arm and enjoying some great circuits.
Here is a recent circuit that I completed and really felt the next day:
- 10 to 1s with 5 lb weights
- Bicep curls
- Vertical chest press
- Tricep extension
- Tricep pull down
- Traveling push-ups
- Forearm push-ups
