This has been a very exciting weekend for me, and I hope you can say the same! I am convinced that there is no better job in the world than being a personal trainer and helping people reach their health and wellness goals. Watching someone bust through the expectations that they set for themselves, or far surpass a weight loss goal is one of the best feelings in my life, and something that truly fulfills me.

Over the past few weeks, I have been enjoying more variety (and success) with my personal training clientele than ever before. I am training several clients through my online personal training program, clients in person at the gym, clients at their own homes, and more recently, clients at my home in a hybrid online/at-home program. I have a great mix of young and old, male and female, beginner and advanced, and it’s so fun to watch each and every client (who does what I say) succeed! My clients are so much fun right now, and they are seeing results in a big way. Yesterday I got 3 simultaneous texts from 3 separate clients who lost 3 lbs this week. Those who are working to tighten up nutrition and/or work on speed for athletics and reach their optimal health and fitness potential are killing it too. Awesome!Please fill out the form below if you are interested in information regarding my personal training programs or package deals.

I have also been working on my strategy and logistics for the promotion of my Pregnancy Exercise: Fit Pregnancy Total Body Workout DVD. I am hoping to see a rough draft of the DVD by early this week! Woot! After I posted my update last Sunday about filming the DVD, I immediately got nearly 1,600 hits to my blog post and a lot of requests from you (my readers) for notification emails when the DVD is available for purchase. I am soooo beyond excited to start sharing the DVD with ladies all across the country! The advanced version of the moves is perfect for women in pre-pregnancy fitness programs, or those who have delivered and are working to shed excess fat. The modification moves I do are perfect for all three trimesters of pregnancy. It will be so fun to hear stories of ladies working to stay fit before, during and after pregnancy with my DVD!

* Update 3/29/2013:
I “pulled the trigger” on the burning and distribution of the final DVD this morning! View the 3D proof. I will have the DVD in stock in about 5 days. For a very limited time, I am accepting pre-orders for the Pregnancy Exercises: Fit Pregnancy Total Body Workout DVD with an added incentive of no shipping and handling fees!

Now, on to the fun stuff! I have partnered with a fellow FitFluential Ambassador, Katie, to provide a giveaway for two of you! Katie is the founder of BAMR Bands. BAMR Bands (Bad A$$ Mother Runner Bands) are 7/8 inch non-slip headbands for a cause. A minimum of $1 from each band purchased goes to Every Mother Counts! Visit Katie’s site for more information. All headbands are personally made by, Katie!

Emma loves my BAMR Band too!

Emma loves my BAMR Band too!

I received my BAMR band a few weeks ago and it has already gotten a good bit of use! It is perfect for keeping the “wispies” back out of my face when I run. Emma really likes the BAMR band and usually tries to take it off my head so she can wear it too. I have short hair, so it’s often tough to find a headband that will work well, but this one is comfy, and super stylish.

Visit the BAMR band Facebook page for a look at more of the designs. They are all super cute, but obviously I’m a little partial to pink. I’m thrilled to offer TWO of you the opportunity to win a BAMR band!

Please do one or more of the following to enter the giveaway. Each action is optional, but the more entries you have, the more likely you are to win. Leave a comment on this blog post for each action item that you complete. I will pick a winner on  Monday, April 1, 2013.

      to be honest haivng a baby is wonderful when you are old enough and you have support if you are neither it will be so hard just think about if you want to go to the store by yourself, the movies by yourself, the mall by yourself, haha the bathroom by yourself it is impossible! and everything you use to could do you cant anymore because you have a baby. Having a baby is a big responsibility it requires dedication and patients and caring and support and knowledge of how to take care of a kid!

    You are beyond inspiring. I am recovering from a foot stress fracture and miss my running terribly, but am supplementing with other cross training. I would love a BAMR band once I am back to running the streets with my preggo belly 🙂

    As a newbie to running, I’m trying to learn the ropes and make it more of a priority. Part of my process is feeling great, motivated & inspired — dressing the part helps with the right shoes and workout clothes. The headbands are stylish and look comfortable; I’d love a chance to try them out.
