My wonderful new personal assistant found this poster for me recently, and I just LOVE it! As a personal trainer, I take it upon myself to change client’s perceptions of what it really means to WORK HARD during a workout and commit to a wellness program that will work long-term. There are no shortcuts, no quick fixes, and no easy way out. Committing to a healthy lifestyle is tough stuff, but is SO worth it in the end.
