Well, it appears that lack of time and motivation are the primary hurdles for most of us in maintaining an exercise program. I think it’s time for us to sit down and consider our “Why” of exercising. Are we prioritizing our health? If not, why not? Doesn’t our family deserve the best version of ourselves? The most energized, fit, happy, healthy mom/wife/daughter?
We all have what it takes to be successful in maintaining an exercise program. Let’s commit to getting up a half hour earlier, using our lunch hour to get sweaty, smelly, and fit :), and knocking down the hurdles to exercising consistently.
